a. Developer shall obtain construction permit(s) and begin construction based thereon within six (6) months of the time construction drawings are approved by the Director. If construction is not begun within that period, the approvals shall be deemed null and void. Renewal may result in additional conditions, including updated standard details, application of new standards, as a result of changed conditions and/or new information discovered since the original approval. Additional fees may also be imposed.
