a. In the case of a development approved to be constructed in phases, both the construction drawings and infrastructure constructed for each phase shall be capable of standing alone.

b. Approval by the City of construction drawings for each phase is independent of approval(s) given by the City for the other phase(s).

c. The six (6) month period between approval of the construction drawings by the Director and the time when construction is to begin applies independently to each phase.
