141.The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure that all required or necessary inspections are completed by authorized inspectors prior to proceeding with subsequent work which covers or that is dependent on the work to be inspected. Failure to obtain necessary inspection(s) and approval(s) shall result in the Contractor being fully responsible for all problems and/or corrective measures arising from uninspected work.

142.Unless otherwise specified, the attached "Minimum Required Testing and Frequency" table outlines the minimum testing schedule for the project. This testing schedule is not complete, and does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of obtaining all necessary inspections or observations for all work performed, regardless of who is responsible for payment. Cost for retesting shall be borne by the Contractor. Copies of all test reports shall be submitted to the designated City representative.
