a. Standard details included in Appendix A are supplemental to the text of these design standards and show the City's minimum requirements for the construction of standard structures and facilities.

b. In the case of conflicts between the text of these design standards and the standard details, the more stringent as determined by the City Engineer shall apply.

c. As required by Division 1 of these standards, all applicable standard details shall be included on the construction drawings.
