a. Two other agencies with jurisdiction over streets or roads exist within the City Limits. These agencies are the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Marion County.

b. In all cases, the City design standards shall be considered to be the minimum allowable standards for any streets within the City Limits. ODOT and Marion County may have additional or more stringent requirements. Approval in writing from ODOT and Marion County will be required prior to construction activities on any street or road under their jurisdiction or ownership.
