a. No more than one driveway per property/street frontage shall be permitted for single family residential dwellings (SDC 3.1.200.K.3.a.iii).

b. Where possible, driveways for comer properties shall be located on the lowest classification street and as far from the intersection as possible.

c. Residential driveways of adjoining properties shall have a minimum of three (3) feet clear between the edges of the driveways (SDC 3.1.200.K.3.a.v).

d. Location of all driveways serving commercial, industrial or multifamily facilities (including duplex and triplex) shall be approved by the City per SDC 2.2.180.

e. All driveways must be located the maximum distance which is practical from a street intersection. The distance from an intersection shall not be closer, as measured from the near driveway edge to the curb line of the intersecting street, than the following (SDC 3.1.200.K.3.g).

1) Arterial Street: 80 feet

2) Collector Street: 60 feet

3) Neighborhood/Local Street: 40 feet
