a. Accessible on-street parking shall be provided as required by PROWAG, or as required by any planning approval for development projects, whichever is more stringent.

b. Accessible on-street parking spaces shall conform with the requirements of PROWAG, and shall conform with City parking space or ADA dimensions, whichever is more stringent.
