a. Stub streets allow for future extensions and twelve (12) foot reserve strip dedicated to the city at the terminus of the right-of­ way shall be provided by deed to the City. The reserve strip shall be at least one foot in width and extend the full length of the right-of-way.

b. A paved turn around shall be provided for stub streets with lengths greater than 150 feet, or as required by the Oregon Fire Code.

c. Permanent barricades shall be placed at the end of all stubbed roads without a cul-de-sac turnaround. Vehicular access from the end of stub streets is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by the City (specific City Council approval typically required for any such permanent vehicular access from the end of stub streets).
